Join us monthly on the second Sunday of the month for the Nonviolent Communication Practice Group. Using that powerful framework, let’s increase our understanding & intimacy, and transform our relationships.
Some of the things we’ll be exploring & deepening:
- Effective Communication Skills: Learn to express yourself authentically and listen with empathy, creating deeper connections with others.
- Conflict Resolution: Gain tools to peacefully navigate conflicts, transforming them into opportunities for growth and connection.
- Emotional Intelligence: Develop a greater awareness of your own emotions and those of others, enhancing your relationships and decision-making.
When: Every second Sunday of the month 8:30-10:30 am PST via Zoom
Cost: requested donations of $25-50
If you live in a financial situation where spending this amount would mean you can’t afford food, choose any amount from below the scale or even none. It is so important for me to bring healing to the world and I don’t want money to be the biggest obstacle. If you live in a very comfortable financial situation, you may choose an amount that is higher on the scale and support me in bringing this healing work to the world and those who struggle financially.
